Each set comes packaged in a gift box with the following inscription on the back of the box:

The State Capitol of Pennsylvania, located in Harrisburg, is the seat of government for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Capitol was moved from Lancaster to Harrisburg in 1812. Construction of the first Capitol, designed by Stephen Hills, began in 1819 and was finished in 1822. The Hills Capitol burned to the ground on February 2, 1897 in the middle of a snowstorm. The third and current Capitol was designed in 1901 in the American Renaissance style by architect Joseph Huston. His design won over other entries in a well-publicized architectural competition. Pennsylvania's Capitol is considered one of the most beautiful in the United States. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 and was declared a National Historic Landmark on September 20, 2006.
